Reboot I.T. uses professionally licensed remote software from TeamViewer for all remote repairs. Reboot I.T. will connect to your computer remotely from any location in the world, taking over your mouse and keyboard securely over the internet to assist with the issues you may be having. If your issue can't be solved remotely the appointment can be resumed onsite or in shop.

In-Shop Service

In-shop service is the best value for the most thorough repairs and maintenance. Most In-Shop Services are flat rate to allow for proper diagnostic testing, physical cleaning, updating, patching, and virus scans that can take many hours. In-shop service is always a complete service for all devices for the issues that can't be solved remotely or in your home. As well as being able to work directly with a technician.

On-Site Service

Reboot I.T. will come to you in the comfort of your own home for convenient and personalized service best reserved for network installs, internet issues, printer installs, home theater troubleshooting, Some PC setups, training, equipment troubleshooting, home automation, smart home devices and any other service that requires a technician to be physically present to address all I.T. related issues.
